Since its transfer to the City of Norfolk in 2009, the citizens of Norfolk have made the Battleship Wisconsin feel "right at home."  To say thanks, Nauticus is offering free admission to Norfolk residents on Saturday, April 16, from 10 am. - 5 p.m.  Proof of Norfolk residency is required.  Throughout the day, which also marks the 67th anniversary of the battleship’s commissioning, enjoy a performance by the Hurrah Players, meet the Chick-Fil-A cow, who'll have coupons and giveaways, chat with members of the Wisconsin Radio Club, get Battleship Bucks good for a discount in the Banana Pier Gift Shop, enjoy a Battleship Meal Deal in the Outtakes Café, enjoy free celebratory cupcakes, and more!  Battleship Topside Tours will also be available for an additional fee.  Call (757) 664-1000 for more information.
